THE PROCESS EXPLAINED
01 / WE MEET & YOU LOCK IT IN
We meet via phone or video call to see if we vibe. It’s all obligation free - of course! It is a super relaxed opportunity for us to get to know each other and answer any of your questions. If I am the celebrant of your ceremony dreams - you let me know and you secure your date with a deposit.
02 / TELL ME MORE & THE NOIM
Now that I am officially yours, we will meet to chat through the fine details and start to fill in the required legal paperwork. The first legal document is the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM). This needs to be signed and witnessed by the two of you and myself, no later than one calendar month prior to your ceremony date.
03 / YOUR HOMEWORK
You will be granted the keys to THE A CLUB, where you will have access to your Ceremony Information Kit, Vow Writing Guide and so much more. You will be assigned some homework, your questionnaires. Here I will dive deep to get to know you both, to create a ceremony that is truly unique to you and your love story.
04 / THE MAGIC BEGINS
I curate your script - that captures every essence of you as a couple. Weaving your love story together from special sentiments you wish to share with your guests, a sprinkling of humorous anecdotes, adventures, take your breath away moments and everything in between.
05 / THE FINAL STEPS
It is totally up to you if you would like to have a run through. Please note that a run through only applies to The Full Package option. Look..lets not over do it. No need to invite every family member to the rehearsal. The smaller, the better. At the rehearsal, I will need a signature from you both for the Declaration of No Legal Impediment to Marriage.
06 / THE BIG DAY
Your day has arrived! On the day, I will arrive at least one hour before the ceremony start time. Then it is time to start one of the best moments of your life. Prepare to enjoy the magical time ahead, your venue, your family and friends and most of all each other.
